CANCELLATION POLICY & PENALTIES

Deposits are non-refundable:

No refunds of deposits will be given.

Cancellation:

Only 25% of payments (excluding non-refundable deposits) are refundable within 90 days of the booking date. Booking date is when non-refundable deposit is received. Any trips canceled after 90 days of booking date; no refund will be issued.

Payment transfer:

Trip deposits are non-transferable. However, trip payments are allowed to be transferred to another person within 90 days of cancellation.

Late fee:

All payments received after the scheduled payment dates will incur a $50 late fee.

Final Payment:

Failure to pay the final balance due within 30 days of the trip departure date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with no refund.

Please note that this policy applies to all bookings, regardless of reason or circumstance. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy and agree to abide by it.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
